If your product requires an engineer visit and is still under warranty, please call our dedicated team on 0344 871 1530 and we'll arrange a visit from one of our specialist Customer Support engineers in your area.

The installer who originally supplied your product may also provide service and repair work, if you would prefer to contact them directly.

 

IMPORTANT!


When you call us, please provide:

• Product installation address including postcode
• Installer name and address
• Product serial number, this can be found on the installed product*

  • On a cylinder, this will be on the data label
  • On all other Santon products, the serial number will be marked on the outer casing of the product

*Please note, the serial number is NOT the barcode number

Your warranty terms and conditions are in the user documentation supplied with your product. Your warranty is a free period of cover and does not affect your statutory rights in any way. Remember, your product only has a free period of cover if it is registered.
